EDGE LED UV-A FLOOD LAMP ASTM E3022/RR90061

The EDG-13SBLC is a wide-beam UV-A LED ceiling lamp specifically designed for stationary penetrant and magnetic particle inspections. This model is ideal for inspection booths where controlled intensity and full compliance are required.

It is ideal for use in penetrant testing or magnetic particle inspection booths, allowing fluorescent indications to be detected on large parts. Equipped with 13 UV-A LEDs (365 nm), it provides a uniform wide beam. Using an heat sink design, the EDG-13SBLC cools mechanically without the need for a fan (fanless). The front panel is equipped with integral UV-A filters to reduce visible light and long-life UV-A lenses that eliminate the risk of solarisation or clouding. Lightweight and robust, it is IP65 rated (dustproof and water resistant). 

It features Thermal Cut-Off Circuitry that prevents the lamp from going out of specification when the internal temperature exceeds limits. Designed for installation at height or on inspection lines thanks to its flexible arm that allows for specific angles. Multiple units can be connected together (in series) to cover extremely large inspection areas.
