Professional intumescent two-component epoxy coating designed for thermal protection in aeronautical and industrial environments.
REVÊTEMENT INTUMESCENT SOCOGLAZE 0618 provides high thermal insulation when exposed to heat.

Formulated for controlled application after mixing Part A and Part B, with possible thinner addition depending on the application process.

Suitable for use on clean, dry and intact prepared surfaces.

HVLP spray application is recommended.

The ready-to-use product is black in colour and has a recommended dry film thickness of 600 µm.

Theoretical coverage is 950 g/m² at 600 µm.

Recommended drying cycle is 240 minutes at 70°C followed by 60 minutes at 100°C.

Pot life after mixing is 4 hours at 20–25°C.
