Professional curing component supplied in 1 L packaging for use in a two-component epoxy coating with intumescent properties.
SOCOGLAZE INTUMESCENT 0618 PB 1L is designed for use with SOCOGLAZE INTUMESCENT 0618 PART A in applications requiring high thermal insulation under thermal stress.

It contributes to the performance of the complete intumescent coating system when mixed at the recommended ratio.

The specified mixing ratio is 100 parts PART A to 11 parts PART B by weight.

PART B has a solid content of 100% and a density of 0.94 g/cm³.

The pot life of the A+B mixture is 4 hours at 20–25°C.

HVLP air spray is the recommended application method for the complete system.

Thinner may be added from 0 to 5 parts for spray application, according to the process requirements.

Storage is specified for 12 months in the original unopened packaging between 5°C and 35°C.
