This 5% ammonia solution is used to adjust the pH of the bath. It is used for the maintenance of SOCOSURF TCS/ SOCOSURF PACS baths, a Cr(III)-based surface treatment process for chemical conversion and sealing after anodizing of aluminum. High corrosion resistance on 2XXX and 7XXX series aluminium alloys.
