In order to optimise the quality of our service and better anticipate your needs, the BABBCO team is implementing a new after-sales and verification process. More seamless and fully digitalised, it will allow us to identify your request as soon as your parcel arrives at our workshops, minimising any downtime for your equipment.

How does the new process work?

From now on, should you require a repair or verification, the process involves 3 simple steps:

  • Step 1: Complete the online form
    Go to our website www.babbco.fr and visit the "Services" section.
  • Step 2: Download your PDF acknowledgement of receipt  
    Once the form is submitted, a confirmation message will appear.
    Download the generated acknowledgement of receipt in PDF format.
    This document contains your unique after-sales reference number (e.g. BABBCO-SAV-0001).
  • Step 3: Enclose the document in your parcel
    Print this PDF and ensure it is enclosed inside your parcel, alongside your device.

Why is this paper document essential?

Immediate identification = Faster repair.

The presence of this document and its unique reference number allows our technicians to instantly identify your device upon arrival.
Without it, matching your file may be delayed, slowing down its processing time.This new process will come into effect from 1st July 2026.
